Children have been learning about creating rhyming potions, life cycle of a caterpillar, re-telling familiar stories and learning about repeating patterns.
Our children have been continually developing their knowledge and skills in knowing how to follow a simple recipe. Other children have been involved in developing their imaginative skills and ability in counting as well as talk through participating in a bakery role play. Some other children have been developing their football skills, learning how to kick with directionality, stop a ball, and begin to dribble with a ball! Wishing you all a very happy and safe weekend.
The children have been involved in an extensive range of learning experiences including of two year olds learning about cooking corn. Our nursery aged children have beenย learning about where flour comes from, including the grinding of wheat. We have also had some children involved in learning how to create aย simple rhythm using our djembe drums as well as of course knowing how to keep cool during this hot weather.
