The school’s aim is to nurture, motivate, inspire and challenge children in their learning, so that the nursery is a place where fascination, creativity and endless possibilities for learning are at the core of what we do. We are an inclusive school of highly committed staff, where hands on concrete experiences such as cooking outside, dissecting fish, pond dipping, exposing children to adventurous stories and language such as those from Roald Dahl and Dr Seuss as well as in-depth exploration and understanding of using art media including paint, wood work, clay and music are intrinsic to our teaching approach. We aim to support all children in being caring and thinking beings who have an endless fascination for the world and beyond.
The school provides a wide range of services including part time and full time provision (8.30-11.30/12.30-3.30/8.30am-3.30pm) as well as extended day provision breakfast: (8am-8.30am) and tea: (3.30pm-6pm).
We are a school for children aged two years to rising five years of age. The school is at an exciting phase of its development where we will be further developing our already exciting and engaging garden to further enhance our training portfolio in supporting other schools and settings both within and beyond Hackney. We look forward to meeting all new parents/carers, children and
visitors.
