The school's aim is to nurture, motivate, inspire and challenge children in their learning, so that the nursery is a place where fascination, creativity and endless possibilities for learning are at the core of what we do and as such children learn clear dispositions, concepts, knowledge and skills and are firmly ready for the next stage of their educational phase.

Do send your child in easily washable clothes. Although we provide aprons and take care, children are working with messy materials, which have a habit of spreading everywhere.

Wentworth Holiday Play Scheme is run with fun-packed, rich concrete multi-experiences camps for children aged 3 to 7 year olds. We run the provision during October, February and May half term as well as two weeks during Easter break and five weeks during Summer holidays.

At Wentworth, we are passionate about developing children's love of books! We provide a library service for the children to take home on a daily basis. Every child has a book bag. Most parents prefer to buy a new one, they cost £4.50. Alternatively, you can buy a recycled book bag for £1.00.

All services below are provided for children who are three years to five years of age only.

If you can spare any time, once your child has settled in, we really enjoy having parents working with the children in the nursery. Some prefer to make a firm arrangement for a weekly session, others prefer to be more flexible.
