Holiday Play Scheme
Wentworth Holiday Play Scheme is run with fun-packed, rich concrete multi-experiences camps for children aged 3 to 7 year olds. We run the provision during October, February and May half term as well as two weeks during Easter break and five weeks during Summer holidays.
Staff:
The Play Scheme is run by our existing outstanding, highly trained enthusiastic core staff (first aid and safeguarding), who create a happy and safe environment for your children.
Food
Packed lunches are essential. Please note we are a nut free school, please do not pack any food containing nuts.
Fees:
Wentworth Holiday Play-scheme is based on household incomes. You will be required to send proof of income; this could be a screen shot of a recent pay slip or your P45 slip. Please send the screen shot to the following email address: hpscheme@wentworth.hackney.sch.uk

The day begins from 8.30am and finishes at 3.30pm.

Booking
If you would like to book a place for your child, please complete the online registration form by Monday 14th October 2024 at 6pm.
All payments must be paid by Friday 18th October 2024 by 3.30pm.
Places are not confirmed until payment has been received

Once you have returned your completed form, our Wentworth Admin team will provisionally book a place for your child. The place will be confirmed once payment has been received.
Child-tax Credit and Ofsted Number
Please note that you will be able to use your child-tax credit to pay for the costs. If you are using this route, you will require Wentworth’s Ofsted Registration Number: 100212
Cancellation
Please note that we are not able to issue refunds once all bookings have been confirmed.
